Customer's reviews
I opted for SoftLux's premium service which is a 5 step process for cleaning carpets. I had my bedrooms and stair carpets cleaned aswell a few rugs and a mattress. Overall, I was very happy with the results. The SoftLux team arrived on time and kindly explained the whole cleaning process to me before starting. The carpets came out very clean and fresh, as well as my rugs and the mattress which is clean and stain free now. Everything was dry after a few hours as they have a unique drying process as part of their service. I will highly recommend Softlux for carpet, rug and mattress cleaning. They offer a professional, efficient and quality service. Thank you Softlux!

I recently hired Softlux Cleaning Service, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. The team arrived right on time, fully equipped, and worked efficiently while still delivering spotless results.
Every room looked and smelled amazing afterward — they didn’t miss a single corner. What I really appreciated was their respectful attitude and how they handled everything with care, including delicate surfaces and items.
Softlux Cleaning Service is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, hassle-free cleaning!

I came across SoftLux on the NextDoor app, I have been looking for someone to give my sofa a clear for a while. The team responded to me immediately with a very reasonable quote, and I was booked with a few days. The two gentlemen who undertook the work this morning were friendly, professional, and thorough with their work. They ended up cleaning a few other chairs that I hadn't originally booked. The prices are very reasonable, and I am ecstatic with the results. Would highly recommend SoftLux. Thank you for the great customer service.
